About Me
As a senior at New York University studying Media, Culture, and Communication, with a minor in social entreprenuership. I am passionate about branding, marketing, and strategy. My most recent internship experience was as a marketing intern at VIAVIA.LIVE, a multi-brand e-commerce retailer start-up based in Los Angeles. I have previously interned at Sterling Brands (design & branding consultancy), Studio 71 (a global media company), Urban Outfitters, as well as Trout & Partners (strategic positioning consultancy). I have also worked with Atlantic Sea Farms in redesigning their brand strategy & and proposing a new marketing campaign, as well as the United Nations Joint SDG Fund for their social media expansion strategies.
Outside of my professional experiences, I am also passionate about making a social impact. I serve as the VP of Outreach at Bridges for Enterprises New York Chapter - a global non-profit organization that provides pro-bono advisory services to social enterprises in the developing world.
Currently, I am looking into a career in branding & marketing after graduation.
My experiences extend from brand strategy consulting for multinational household brands to pro-bono consulting for local businesses, from fashion merchandising to social media channel optimization across China and the U.S. My incredible diverse experiences and background also helped me to develop a variety of skill sets including data visualization, graphic and website design, video editing, and photography.

What Daniel's supervisors has to say about him...
Amy Chen
Strategy Director at Sterling Brands
“Daniel has been a pleasure to work with. I'm super impressed by him - he's performing at a full time strategist level hire, and I would hire him if it were up to me. he is proactive, understands the context and objectives of an assignment to be able to complete it effectively, and he saved me a ton of time on the estee work with his equities analysis. He also did a great job presenting the skippy competitive audit to the strategy team, keeping it high level and touching on the points that mattered - again super impressed.”
Kelsey Whittemore
Senior strategist at Sterling Brands
“Daniel has demonstrated great leadership qualities, especially in helping lead and facilitate an assigned intern project that included strategy and design phases. He’s done a great job presenting audit work and his intern project. The intern project presentation earned the team the opportunity to present it to a company client. Last, Daniel has also been a great culture fit—making an effort to connect with the team and his fellow strategy interns, coming with a positive attitude without sacrificing a sense of reality and candor when needed.”
